Chrysler pacifica dvd player not working

1/ Blu-ray drive has it own built in software “player”, and somehow this player doesn’t respond to most command from the “touch screen” or the “remote”. I bet this will need a new firmware update. 2/ DVD discs are playing great. However, the drive seems to be very sensitive to Bump, and vibrations.

I went into the svc dept of my dealer, and the update was installed, and viola, I now had Google Android installed on my 2018 pacifica, plugged my usb into the port next to aux, and proceeded to 1) get my mobile device charged, and also 2) listen to spotify.I don't know how to fix anything and I fixed this so do what I did. If you make it worse, that's not my fault that you get your information from the internet...The remote control will not work yet at this point, it first needs to be paired with the FireTV, which happens later in the setup process (and is optional).
